What are the parts of the single screw pump
May 14, 2018

The single-screw pump is a rotary-type volumetric pump, which is based on the fact that the screw and the bush are engaged with each other to generate a volume change in the suction chamber and the discharge chamber to convey the liquid. Its greatest feature is its strong adaptability to media, its smooth flow, low pressure pulsation, and high self-priming capacity, which cannot be replaced by any other pump. The main components of the single-screw pump include discharge chamber, rotor, stator, universal joint, intermediate shaft, suction chamber, shaft seal, and bearing seat components. According to different media, performance requirements, installation forms and application areas, the single screw pump may be different.
